Therefore, you can transparently choose what you want from the portal and what you want to do with it. Upgrading at a later time - if desired and necessary - is no problem. You know where you stand from the beginning. No hidden costs, no unexpected extra charges. That would neither fit to our philosophy nor to our culture. Maybe you will convince yourself.

Support Packages
WUNDERHUB Knowledge Base Access. Benefit from our knowledge base at the Service Desk.
WUNDERHUB Service Desk Ticket Creator. Get as many accesses as you need to our Service Desk.
WUNDERHUB telephone hotline is available during our service hours (Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm).
WUNDERHUB SLA. We guarantee a resolution for all inquiries and error messages within a certain period of time.
Depending on the support package booked, two / four / six hours of support per month are included, which are not transferable.

Legitimately, you would like to have an early overview of what the use of the efficiency increase with WUNDERHUB will cost you or your company. Basically, this depends on the following parameters:

▶ Business environment - and, as a result, the required scope of functions.
We are happy to provide an initial quick estimate for budget planning based on these rough key points. We are just as happy to discuss the rapid return on investment in a personal exchange - after all, this is our strongest argument.
